Hello and welcome to Olympic Weightlifting with me, Jordan Archer. I offer one-on-one, in-person sessions where I will examine your technique and provide solutions to any questions or problems you may encounter, giving feedback rep by rep so you can immediately begin to implement changes. Additionally, I provide one-on-one online programming, which involves a completely tailored program to meet your needs and wants, aiding your progress. This includes weekly check-ins and video reviews of your lifts.
